AVAILABILITY

In case that your apartment is not available, we reserve the right to accommodate you in a similar or better apartment in the same building based on availability, for the same price that you paid for the primary apartment.

POOL

The pool at this property is offered as a free addition and without guarantee that the pool will be operational throughout the duration of your stay. The pool is open from 15.06. till 15.09. during the calendar year. Sunbeds by pool are free to use, however only two sunbeds are permitted per apartment.

OPERATIONAL DATES

The house is operational from 25.05. till 01.10. during the calendar year.

​

PARKING 

If you wish to park your vehicle inside the closed parking lot the parking fee is 10 euro per day. However the primary parking lot in front of the building remains free for guests. For the primary parking lot reservation is not needed.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING

In case that the apartment unit or any other facility has severe usage ( extreme dirt, stains and similar) we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning. 

 

DAMAGE COSTS

In case that the apartment unit or part of the facility is damaged, we reserve the right o charge you for the full repair of the damage. 

 

NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Parties,birthdays, bachelors or similar parties are not allowed at this property. 

 

PREPAYMENT

In case of a no show or cancellation, we reserve the right to keep the 20% prepayment of your reservation.

BED POLICIES

Children up to three years stay for free. Supplemental beds costs 11 euro per day per bed.

SMOKING

Smoking inside the apartment units and the house is strictly forbidden. Smoking is permitted outside the house and the balconies. 

​

PETS

Small pets are welcome, however please contact us before booking if you have pets.
